Don't say "get healthier" — say "lose 15 pounds" or "run a 5K." The more specific your goal, the clearer your path forward. Vague goals create vague results.
If you can't measure it, you can't track it. Use numbers: pounds lost, revenue earned, hours studied. Ask yourself: how will I know when I've actually achieved this?

Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound. Instead of "get fit," say "run a 5K in under 30 minutes by June."
Short-term goals (under 3 months): weekly. Long-term goals: weekly check + monthly deep dive. Pick a consistent day — Sunday evenings work best.
